Many of you have wondered "how do I get free stuff on this Internet" in the past. After thinking this I usually get contacted. (still not sure why) If you want consider this a FAQ with the hope of helping answer at least one of your questions
"how do I watch tv/movies/sports free on the Internet".
All of the sites I am going to talk about provide streaming content. This means you don't have to download any actual movies.

All of the sites I am going to talk about provide streaming content. This means you don't have to download any actual movies.
TV:
To begin with the obvious: www.hulu.com
If you don't know about Hulu you have been living under a rock. It provides streaming TV usually uploaded the day after a show airs. If its on Fox on Sunday night, you can watch it during lunch on Monday.
Now getting more obscure. If you have looked at Hulu, and were not able to find it the next place you want to look is one of the following three: www.tvshack.net , www.surfthechannel.com , or www.free-tv-video-online.info/
I am confidant in saying if its on the Internet one of these 3 sites will have it. On the rare occasion that one of these three does not you should use www.ovguide.com (short for Online Video Guide). This is a meta-video crawler, it searches all the sites I have mentioned before plus others for any online video content.
NOTE: These sites are in a bit of a legal gray area, it is up to the content provider to remove copy-righted content whenever asked to. As a viewer you are watching the videos that were linked to by other viewers like you.

Movies:
For movies you want to use any of the previous sites or www.watch-movies-online.tv/ (I usually check this one first. Again we can get to any of these sites using OVGuide)
Sports:
Lastly the big one how do I watch my live sports. A new site was just brought to my attention recently (thx Waco) http://atdhe.net has every daily sporting event you could ever dream of. Most all of the links from this site use Justin.tv which means you don't need to download anything to watch 4 football games at the same time.
If Atdhe does not have it then myp2p will. Myp2p uses streamtorrent which is a great application, but will require you to download the streamtorrent client. Everything you need to do is explained in the forums. You want to check out http://myp2pforum.eu/ where they have it broken down into different sports by category. "Football" "Hockey" etc.
Some of these are not the most legitimate of sites, and you WILL be bombarded by advertisements and pop-ups. NEVER, EVER, click on any pop up or message box that comes at you. You always want to use the little X in the upper right hand corner of the window to close out of the window, and if you get nervous feel free to ctrl+alt+del and force quit the application.
Use common sense, up to date Anti-Virus is a must for every windows user out there. For free anti-virus software check out AVG: http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html or Spybot S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html . I use both, it is a bit of overkill and if you have a slow computer you may notice a decrease in speed.
